- Spread yogurt evenly over tortilla.
- Slice banana and strawberries. Top yogurt with banana slices, strawberry slices, and blueberries.
- Drizzle with peanut butter.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
Ingredient Variations and Substitutions
You can change the flavor of yogurt and the fruit to match your tastes and what's in season.
Any nut or seed butter will work, so use what you have. A natural, runny nut butter is easiest to drizzle. When grocery shopping for one, make sure to check the ingredients list. You want to choose the nut butter with the fewest ingredients—if you can find one with just the nuts, or one that you can make yourself in-store, it's the most natural!
